New communities in NE Calgary

Northeast Calgary has the largest concentration of entry-level new construction in the city. Growth follows Stoney Trail and Country Hills Boulevard east of Deerfoot Trail, close to the airport, the Blue Line CTrain and the CrossIron Mills retail area. Price points tend to be the most accessible in Calgary, and multi-family and laned product is common. Cornerstone, Homestead, Savanna, Cityscape and later phases of Redstone and Skyview Ranch all have active builders. Cornerstone and Homestead currently have the widest range of single-family lots; the communities nearer Saddletowne station skew toward townhomes and condos.
