Cityscape is late in its build-out. New construction is limited to final releases, and most transactions in the community are resale. Buyers who want new construction with lot choice in the northeast generally look at Cornerstone or Homestead instead.
Mattamy Homes is both the developer and the principal builder in Cityscape, which is why the streetscapes are more architecturally consistent than in communities where a developer sells lots to many builders.
