School planning is crucial when buying in a new community. Many new developments don't have schools built yet, requiring bus transportation or temporary arrangements.

  • Schools: 118
  • Programs: French Immersion, Fine Arts, STEM

New Community Considerations

  • Schools may not exist yet. New communities often wait 5-10+ years.
  • Busing is common. Children may travel 20-30+ minutes.
  • School sites reserved, not guaranteed. Land allocation doesn't mean construction.
  • Programs vary. French Immersion may not be available locally.
