Later-phase north-west community with a wetland corridor and limited remaining lots.

Profile

About Nolan Hill

Nolan Hill is a north-west community in the Symons Valley area, west of Shaganappi Trail and south of Stoney Trail, developed through the 2010s. It sits between the mature communities to the south and the new growth north of the ring road.

A wetland and pathway corridor runs through the community and is its defining natural feature. Streetscapes are largely finished, landscaping has begun to mature, and the Sage Hill Quarter, Creekside and Beacon Hill retail cluster is a short drive away.

Remaining lots are limited and concentrated in the final phases and multi-family sites. For buyers, Nolan Hill is the middle option in the north-west: more finished than Glacier Ridge, less finished and less expensive than the communities closer to Crowchild Trail.

Commute note: Approximate drive to downtown Calgary via Shaganappi Trail or Sarcee Trail. Off-peak roughly 28 minutes, peak roughly 38 minutes.
