About Belmont

Belmont is an Anthem Properties community south of Silverado, between Sheriff King Street and Macleod Trail. It offers a mix of laned, front-drive and townhome product and is close to Shawnessy, the Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain station and the Stoney Trail interchange.

Later phases are selling, with commercial sites and a school site in the plan. Buyers currently rely on Silverado and Shawnessy for retail and on Somerset station for rail.

Commute note: Approximate drive to downtown via Macleod Trail. Off-peak roughly 22 minutes, peak roughly 30 minutes.

Highlights

  • Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain reachable by bus or short drive.
  • Shawnessy and Silverado retail nearby.
  • Mix of product types and price points.

Considerations

  • Limited remaining single-family lots.
  • On-site school and retail still in development.

Fit

Who Belmont suits

A good fit if

  • First-time buyers who want new south-west construction below the established communities on price.
  • People who want townhome or paired product with a front-porch streetscape.
  • Commuters who will use Macleod Trail and the Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain.

Look elsewhere if

  • If you want schools and retail open today, Silverado next door already has both.
  • If you want a larger single-family lot, Yorkville and Pine Creek offer more front-drive supply.
