Wolf Willow

Bow River valley community beside Fish Creek Park with pathways and a naturalised setting.

Profile

About Wolf Willow

Wolf Willow is a WestCreek Developments community in the Bow River valley south of Chaparral, next to Fish Creek Provincial Park and the Blue Devil Golf Club. The setting is its selling point: river pathways, escarpment views and a naturalised landscape rather than a constructed lake.

The community is still building out, with laned, front-drive and townhome product from several builders. Services are developing, and most retail trips still go to Shawnessy, Walden Gate or Seton.

Commute note: Approximate drive to downtown via Macleod Trail or Deerfoot Trail. Off-peak roughly 29 minutes, peak roughly 36 minutes.

Highlights

  • Direct access to Fish Creek Provincial Park and Bow River pathways.
  • Blue Devil Golf Club adjacent to the community.
  • Multiple builders with laned, front-drive and townhome product.

Considerations

  • Retail and schools still developing; rely on neighbouring communities for now.
  • Longer drive to Deerfoot Trail than communities closer to Seton.
  • Car-dependent for commuting.
