Projector Conduit in Media Room
HDMI conduit from the equipment location to the ceiling projector mount location, plus a power outlet at the ceiling. Enables a clean, wireless-looking projector setup for a dedicated home theatre or media room.
Outdoor Kitchen Electrical and Gas
Electrical outlet and gas line rough-in to the patio or deck area for a future outdoor kitchen, BBQ, or fire pit. Running gas and electrical through exterior walls after construction is expensive and visually intrusive.
Speaker Wire to Additional Rooms
Beyond the core four rooms, consider speaker wire runs to the basement rec room, home office, ensuite bathroom, or dining room. Each additional pair of runs is inexpensive during framing.

EV Charging: Future-Proofing Your Garage
